obeying God's truth,

       pursuing God's plan

About Us

God has a distinct purpose for Fort Hunt and Southern Alexandria.

God has a distinct purpose for you and every one of us.

Our vision is to obey the truth we presently know and then pursue God’s enduring plans as He reveals them to us.

Then, when our assignment intersects your need, we intend to be properly prepared and available to faithfully represent His purpose.

This Sunday morning Bible Study is designed for a “deep dive” into God’s word and it’s practical application to our lives.

For those who enjoy worshiping through singing or playing of an instrument, you are invited to join our group that meets on Wednesday evenings.

This Women’s Bible Study utilizes the Stonecroft study format stonecroft.org

to specifically minister to women in our local community. You are welcome to join in this time of study and fellowship.

We support several local ministries. Click here for more information.

We take seriously the Acts 1:8 commission to “…be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Faith Works info.jpg

On April 11, Belle View Church began a new sermon/study series on the book of James.

The author of this hard-hitting, howbeit short, book is none other than James the half-brother of our Lord Jesus Christ, and son of Mary and Joseph. As the first leader of the Jerusalem Church, James led through such monumental challenges as the question if Gentiles can be Christians without first converting to Judaism.

James' main message is that Faith Works in every sense of that phrase, and he communicates a broad spectrum of topics in the genre of Jewish Wisdom Literature.

Join us on Sunday Mornings in person or via webcast for an exegetical look at one of the most iconic books in the Bible.
